Equi Role Global is the new equine industry app from Ferguson Equine Services Ltd, which is based in Co Antrim in Northern Ireland.

Ferguson Equine Services has been in the racing & horse transportation industry for many years and can see how many employers are struggling to find the right staff easily. After some research, the same issue was apparent in several other equine industries worldwide.

We wanted to create a tool that would be a one stop shop for all in the equine industry. The first thing to tackle was recruitment.

The Equi Role Global app matches employer requirements with the skills of candidates worldwide. From national hunt racing yards, to equine photography, equine nutrition companies to eventing yards, the Equi Role Global app helps employers find candidates with required skills, in every industry. Equi Role Global uses advanced technology to match the right people to the right job. We are not a recruitment agency, rather we provide the tool for employers to source the right staff for their roles.

FES is also creating Equi Chat and News, an addition to the app that allows Equine industry members to chat to each other and follow news in their chosen disciplines. Also in the pipeline is Equi Shop, a marketplace in the app that allows Equine business worldwide advertise their goods and services to the global equine industry.
